Customer Service Executive (Property Development) [3-month contract]

• Greet and assist clients visiting the showflat.
• Provide information about the property, floor plans, amenities, and pricing.
• Address clients’ inquiries and provide detailed explanations about the project.
• Ensure a smooth and organized flow of clients within the showflat.
• Ensure the showflat is well-maintained, clean, and presentable at all times.
• Arrange marketing materials and brochures for easy accessibility by clients.
• Create a welcoming and engaging environment for visitors.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

• 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in property sales.
• Proficiency in using ticketing systems and basic computer applications.
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated, dedicated, pro-active and outgoing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Shift duty is required, 6-day work per week.
