- Drive the implementation and execution of corporate clientele programs, to meet sales target, recruit new customers and increase loyalty among existing ones
- Be able to represent the portfolio of brands through trade presentation & event hosting, delivering a credible and confident partnership message
- Generate reports to integrate qualitative and quantitative findings, data segmentation & analysis for future planning. Provide industry and market trends update.
- Crafting luxury brands experience to clients and consumers by coordinating with customer marketing team for point of sales material, flyers and trade presenter
- Support Channel Manager on the development of customer lifecycle activity planning in the areas of acquisition, engagement, and retention of value customers.
- Relevant experience in Luxury Retail / Hospitality / Corporate management
- Excellent understanding of luxury brand business
- Fluency in English (Chinese is Optional)
- Excellent sales, presentation & negotiation skill
- Leadership, collaboration and feedback skill
- Cross-functional team player and ability to work independently when needed
- Good sense of marketing
- Competency in Microsoft Office
