  • Ticketing Officer 票務主任
  • Senior Ticketing Officer 高級票務主任
To support the daily operations of Main Entrance Operations Department including entrance’s guest flow, on-site ticket and pass sales, admission control and car park fee collection so as to ensure smooth, efficient and orderly operations with high service and safety standard.Requirements
  • Diploma holder with experience in customer / ticketing services is preferred
  • Experience in counter operations, cash handling and preparation of sales and revenue reports
  • Experience in operating an automated ticketing and admission system is preferable
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Responsible, self-starter and self-motivated
  • Willing to work overtime, outdoor, and on weekend and public holidays
