- To support our expanding operations, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Engineering Manager to join our team.
- Reporting to the Technical Director, you will oversee and optimize production processes, ensure equipment reliability, and collaborate across departments to drive engineering excellence.
- Develop and maintain sustainable production processes
- Evaluate efficiency and performance of production operations
- Manage machine operations to meet daily production targets
- Monitor and document process parameters
- Implement SOPs, process changes, and validation reports
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
- Collaborate with engineers, sales, and project managers for smooth execution
- Participate in project meetings and ensure deadlines are met
- Degree in Electronic, Electrical, Manufacturing, Production Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production (optical industry experience is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and PADS/Allegro or similar software
- Strong work ethic and team collaboration skills
- Excellent communication in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Willing to travel frequently to China and overseas
- 5-day work week
