network with senior executives to source for mid to high level positions.
● Candidate Sourcing: Carry out extensive candidate searches- utilize multiple
sourcing strategies including online databases, social media sites, and in-house
databases to identify potential candidates.
● Screening and Interviewing: Perform full lifecycle of executive search process
comprising sourcing, networking, qualifying, salary negotiation, interviewing and
on-boarding.
● Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract rates with clients, presenting job offers to
selected candidates and mediating between the client and candidate.
● Post-hire Follow-up: Provide post-placement follow-up and coordination, ensuring
both client and candidate satisfaction.Requirements:● Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline
● Experience: Recent graduates are welcomed. Any experience in recruitment or a
similar role will be an advantage, but not a must. Candidates with more experience
would be considered as Senior Consultant or Team Manager.
● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the
ability to build strong relationships with both corporate clients and individual
candidates.
● Attitude: Are not afraid of taking initiatives in becoming a better person, would like to
