Hong Kong Education City Limited (EdCity) is a wholly-owned company of the Government of HKSAR. Our portal, EdCity.hk, is a one-stop professional educational portal in Hong Kong which incorporates information, resources, interactive communities and online services, and promotes the use of information technology (I.T.) in improving the effectiveness of teaching and learning. We are now looking for a high caliber professional to join our dynamic team in the following position.Responsibilities:

Assist the Manager to develop strategies and detailed plans for executing projects and services;
Plan and organize large-scale competitions to attract participation from schools, students, and educators;
Design, manage and conduct learning and teaching programmes to promote eLearning in education;
To achieve company KPIs by implementing projects and providing services to EdCity users;
Maintain and manage the user database, ensuring accuracy and integrity of user information;
Liaise and work closely with government departments, educational institutions, organisations, schools and community groups and business partners on projects;
Take up ad-hoc duties as required.

Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or above in any disciplines or equivalent;
Minimum 2 years of working experience, with relevant experience in education sector will be an advantage;
Having knowledge of developing or editing learning resources and e-learning materials, understanding of HK school curriculum will be an advantage;
Solid experience in project management (including programme planning and execution, event organising, funding application, etc.);
Experience in organising large-scale competition or activities will be an advantage.

Skills:

Ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively, with strong organizational skills to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables;
Strong knowledge in social networking, web authoring and editing;
Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders;
Proficiency in managing and maintaining the platform, ensuring a seamless user experience;
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
