  • Support the manager to execute various strategy and operational policies
  • Monitor day-to-day operations on property management, leasing, and technical services
  • Supervise on-site staff and monitor their performance
  • Assist in property handover/takeover, coordinating, fitting-out, and renovation works
  • Constantly review and monitor the provision of tenant support services
  • Well communicate and maintain good relationships with owner, clients, contractors and the public
  • Control the income and expenditure of the building accounts
  • Provide support to any on-site event/activities
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by the seniors
What we are looking for:
  • HKDSE or above, in Property Management or related disciplines
  • Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificate is required
  • Minimum 4 years’ working experience in management including at least 3 years’ at supervisory level
  • Self-motivated, service-oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-versed in computer applications including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
