Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the full cycle of IT system projects, from requirements gathering, feasibility assessment, resource planning, and risk control to implementation and post-deployment supportCollaborate with business teams to analyze user needs and translate them into clear technical specifications and project deliverablesManage integration and deployment of third-party software, internal platforms, and cloud-based solutions (e.g., ERP, HRM, CRM, workflow automation)Supervise and guide internal or outsourced development teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliveryMonitor project milestones and provide regular updates to senior managementEnsure compliance with relevant data protection, security, and regulatory standardsContinuously evaluate system performance and identify opportunities for enhancementRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Applied Economics, Business Information Systems, or related fields5+ years of experience in IT project management, system analysis, or enterprise software implementationProven track record in delivering cross-functional digital transformation projectsStrong understanding of systems architecture, data flows, APIs, and middlewareFamiliar with SQL, Python, or data analysis tools is a plusExcellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skillsAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
