  • Ensuring projects meet financial targets
  • Ensuring thorough understanding of project terms
  • Executing project delivery strategy
  • Managing client and supply chain management (project specific stakeholders)
  • Identifying and reporting risks to Project Manager and Principal, Delivery, where relevant, whilst operating in compliance with ethical practices
  • Effective client communication throughout the Delivery phase
  • Project close out
  • Health and safety
  • Collaborating across disciplines, regions, studios
  • Managing the performance of consultants and subcontractors
  • Project documentation including quality control of documentation
  • Program/ schedule management
  • Implementing Delivery best standards/practices, processes and technology solutions within the studio to enhance the capability and effectiveness of the organisation
  • Ensuring alignment to culture, values and behaviours of Unispace
Your experience:
  • Construction and/or related Project management qualification (desired but not essential)
  • Experience with construction planning, estimating, budgeting and forecasting
  • Supporting multiple successful projects varying in size, value and complexity
  • Supported a project team
  • Financial - Progress claims / Invoices
  • Project procurement - Sub Contracts / Purchase orders
  • Sub contractor selection
  • Project management software and Microsoft office suite
  • Design & Build experience
  • Experience with commercial interior office fitouts
  • Knowledge of building codes and health &safety standards
  • Commercial awareness
