Role and Responsbilities:

Establish and oversee sales channels within the MCV market.
Design and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive new business and strengthen relationships with distribution channels.
Provide daily operational support to MCV channels, including training on products and procedures, case follow-ups, and facilitating communication between the company and distributors when processes or guidelines change.
Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Actively deliver timely and comprehensive assistance to sales channels.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Commerce;
At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, and channel management within the life insurance sector
Strong presentation and sales skills; fluency in Mandarin is essential.
Professional qualifications in life insurance (e.g., FLMI or equivalent) are preferred.
