  • Take on both Government and Commercial projects
  • Assist the Project Manager/Systems Analyst in technical design and system architecture
  • Develop, support, and enhance systems on web-based and client/server platforms
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs
  • Participate in all project phases: user requirement collection, system analysis and design, programming, testing, implementation, and maintenance
  • Prepare system test plans, conduct integrated testing, and UAT
  • Produce system specifications and maintain technical documentation
  • Support the Project Manager to liaise with users on project issues and resolve conflicts within the project team
  • Provide technical guidance and monitor the performance of subordinates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and apply them to improve system performance and security
We are looking for someone with
  • Minimum 2-4 years of post-qualification IT experience, including at least 1 year as an Analyst Programmer
  • Two years or more of experience on Government projects
  • Experience in Government Effective systems analysis and design is preferred
  • Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Hands-on project implementation experience in the following technology areas:
  • ASP.Net, .Net Core 5 or above, Angular Framework, TypeScript, LINQ, SQL, MS-SQL Server
  • Continuous Delivery, Continuous Integration, DevOps, Jenkins, Maven
  • Cloud Native application development on Docker/Container and Cloud Native Application development experience on MS Azure and AWS Cloud platform
Preferred Professional Qualifications (not essential):
  • Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer Associate
  • Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional (CDP)
