Posting Date: 2025-08-13Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes AuthoritySenior Officer/ Officer (Supervision) - Investment Compliance & PerformanceThe JobTo perform research, fact-finding and data/statistical analysis on investment compliance and fund governance related matters;To assist in performing on-site and off-site supervisory activities, analyzing and reporting findings and results from supervisory activities, and liaising with trustees for follow up actions;To provide support in compiling reports and operation procedures for on-site and off-site supervisory activities;To assist in establishing, maintaining and updating databases and spreadsheets for data storage and reports generation;To prepare management information and statistics reports for monitoring of approved trustees and MPF products; andTo perform other duties as assigned.The PersonA recognized degree, or equivalent, preferably with a major in quantitative analysis, statistics, or equivalent;At least four years (for Senior Officer post) / two years (for Officer post) of experience in research or statistical analysis gained from sizable or public organizations;Proficient in computer applications including MS Excel and MS Office software for data analysis;Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;Good communication and listening skills;Responsive to new demands by generating ideas and solutions with practical details;Take responsibility for own work and set stretching goals for professional and personal development; andA good team player and able to work independently as well as under pressure.Remuneration PackageA competitive remuneration and benefits package including a discretionary performance-linked variable pay, annual leave, medical, dental and life insurance coverage, and MPF will be offered.
