  • Atlassian Jira set-up & configuration (Installation, security, Administration, Plug-in's, JIRA Rest API's knowledge)
  • Atlassian Confluence set-up & configuration (Installation, security, Administration, Plug-in's, Confluence Rest API's knowledge)
  • Integration of JIRA & Wiki with other Atlassian Tools (Bitbucket/Jenkins/Bamboo)
  • Knowledge on Ansible/Groovy Scripting/Script Runner
  • Liaising with Infrastructure and IT Security teams to open appropriate ports and routes
  • Writing automation scripts (Unix Shell / Windows PowerShell / Python)
  • Mange the platform/tools in run mode - Jira and Confluence (non-inclusive list below)
  • Onboarding applications / users to central platform
  • Support application teams for platform related issues/performance tuning
  • Tool Administration, version / plug-in upgrade - testing, roll-out
  • Set-up and run housekeeping jobs (clean-up, archive etc.)
  • Help optimize the end-to-end process
The Successful Applicant
  • Knowledge of file transfer protocols like CFT, FTP and SFTP
  • Delivery focused and positive problem-solving attitude
  • Good experience with Ansible
  • Good experience in automation using Ansible, Python and Jenkins
  • Desire to learn new technologies
  • Being able to translate business requirements into actionable tasks
  • Strong time management and prioritization
  • Experience in setting up KPIs and reports to measure platform and service performance
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and flexibility
What's on OfferResource hired through this JD will be responsible for managing and supporting functional/APS support of the tools like - Jira/Confluence etc. Providing day-to-day user support and fixing production issues concerning the tools.
