- Handle the material sampling and liaise with the design team on sample requests;
- Collaborate with oversea team & customers to negotiate quantities, product design/feature, sample approval, and timelines;
- Liaise with internal parties (operation, quality & logistic) to ensure the customer’s expectation and procurement requirements can be fulfilled;
- Perform order on time management. Identify the risk of failure proactively to management;
- Assist Senior Manager to execute continuous improvement on order management process;
- Coach and provide guidance to junior/new teammates. Support with internal parties and customer to ensure the achievement of sales turnover and on-time delivery;
- Handle claim resolution and settlement.
- Diploma graduate or above;
- 5 - 7 years merchandising experience in various kinds of toys;
- Good command of English / Mandarin and MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook);
- Good communication skill;
- Well organize, mature, a good team player and faster learner ;
- Immediate available is highly preferable.
- Less experience will be considered for the position of Merchandiser
