We are privileged to have been chosen by the Government of HKSAR as one of the largest and most enduring suppliers of IT contract staffing services for nearly 50 years.Our client is a public organization dedicated to providing welfare services to the community, with a particular focus on the elderly population. They are currently looking to hire several Application Support Assistants for the Care Need Assessment Management Office (Elderly Services). These assistants will play a crucial role in helping elderly individuals navigate their residential and community care services by drafting necessary forms and entering case records.Job Duties:- Serve in Care Need Assessment Management Offices (Elderly Services)- Work location: either Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, or New Territories- Assist in handling applications for Residential Care Services and Community Care Services- Drafting standard forms upon contacts with the elder applicants, caregivers, referring workers and accredited assessors- Inputting of case records of the above for supervisor’s follow-up interventions on elder applications’ care options- Receiving incoming calls and answering verbal enquiries from the public- General clerical duties such as general office support, personnel, statistical duties, receipt and dispatch services, messenger duties, etc.- Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned by senior officers/supervisorsJob Requirements:· Completed Secondary 5 with subjects studied including Mathematics, or equivalent· Reasonable level of proficiency in both oral and written English and Chinese· Good computer knowledge including possessing Chinese and English word processing skills and being proficient in the use of computer applications such as MS Word, Excel and Access, etc.Salary:
Salary will be from HK$16000 to HK$16500.Application:
