- Handle General clerical duties, including: filing, data entry, photocopying, preparing reports etc.,
- Provide general office administrative support on daily operations
- Outdoor duties, including: bank document collection and delivery, bank payments etc.,
- Handling incoming telephone calls,
- To assist in tidy & organize Showroom
- Assists in ad-hoc assignment
- Dipolma or above
- 1 years Experience required
- Polite, energetic, willing to learn and develop
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in computer software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook…etc.)
- Hard working, organized, responsible and willing to learn
- Immediately available is highly preferred
