- 业务指标:以P2P业务增长和市场份额第一为目标,设计和制定符合业务发展的运营策略,并推进落地执行;
- 搭建商家质量管理体系,根据不同特性建立各层级精细化运营管理机制及流程,同时做好商家拓展、管理和维系等工作;
- 深入挖掘商家/用户需求,发觉商家需求痛点,能密切衔接产品,推动产品功能上线,打造产品易用性和用户体验;
- 对P2P市场动态保持敏感能快速了解,并能输出竞品产品及市场分析报告,为产品升级及业务方向提供指导性意见
- Business Metrics: Design and implement operational strategies aimed at driving P2P business growth and achieving market share leadership, ensuring alignment with business development objectives;
- Establish a comprehensive quality management system for merchants;
- Develop tailored operational management mechanisms and processes to accommodate diverse merchant characteristics, while effectively managing tasks related to merchant expansion, oversight, and retention;
- Conduct thorough assessments of merchant and user needs to identify pain points;
- Collaborate closely with product teams to facilitate the launch of user-friendly product features, ensuring an exceptional user experience;
- Stay updated on the latest trends in the P2P market - provide strategic recommendations for product enhancements and business direction through comprehensive analysis of competitor products and market research.
- 至少2年以上工作经验,面向大中华市场,中文需作为工作语言;
- 具备互联网/金融/区块链/数字货币公司相关行业从业经验,有丰富的运营管理经验者优先考虑;
- 优秀的行业敏感度,深入业务一线,有想法且可落实;
- 逻辑思维能力强,具备突出的沟通协调能力和思考力,且执行力强
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Greater China market, with proficiency in Chinese as a working language;
- Experience in the internet, finance, blockchain, or digital currency industries; prior operations management experience is preferred;
- Strong industry awareness, with practical experience in business operations and a proven ability to generate and implement innovative ideas;
- Excellent logical reasoning, outstanding communication and coordination skills, and strong analytical and execution capabilities.
