( Ref: TV751/0814 )Responsibilities :- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics deliverables, including requirements elicitation, data modeling, dashboard wireframing, visualization development, data validation, and deployment governance
- Collaborate effectively with Data Engineering, Data Science, Software Engineering, and Product Management teams to ensure analytical outputs are accurate, scalable, and aligned with business objectives
- Manage and maintain the analytics platform, handling user permissions, administration, and report release workflows
- Champion self-service analytics adoption, enabling business units to independently explore and analyze data while providing expert support for complex data queries
- Establish and enforce data quality, visualization standards, and documentation best practices to ensure consistency and reliability of insightsRequirements :- Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields
- Proven track record in developing and maintaining BI solutions using Tableau, Power BI or Looker Studio
- Strong proficiency in SQL and practical experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Domain knowledge in digital marketing, OTT Platform, CRM, MarTech, or AdTech is highly advantageous
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills
