It is the ultimate place to shop, dine, work, play and relax. Our Portfolio Management team is professional in management of a comprehensive development comprises retail, office and five-star hotels, and providing quality services to our stakeholders and creating added value to make Pacific Place even more exceptional.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle general estate management issue including estate owners’ enquiries and complaints and insurance claims
  • Inspect estate common areas and facilities
  • Coordinate and monitor estate enhancement works, maintenance and repairs, and projects
  • Assist in budget preparation
REQUIREMENTS
  • University graduate / Higher Diploma in real estate, property management or related disciplines
  • 2 years of experience in property management
  • Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions
  • Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills on MS Office
