  • Assist in developing project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information and providing updates to stakeholders
  • Analyze project data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare reports and presentations on project status, performance metrics, and risk assessments
  • Assist in developing and managing project budgets
  • Monitor financials and report variances to project managers
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Maintain a risk register and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Collaborate on implementing risk management plans
  • Organize and participate in project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible
  • Process invoices, create purchase orders, verify insurance and bonds
  • Prepare and send agreements with attachments
  • Resolve outstanding issues with payments, project accounting, purchase orders, and other matters
  • Any other ad-hoc assignments
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience project management analyst, or related fields. Previous experience in project management or a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal English. Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management software, tools, and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (i.e. Power apps, Power BI)
  • Excellent communication skills (writing and speaking)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
