- Assist in developing project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information and providing updates to stakeholders
- Analyze project data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare reports and presentations on project status, performance metrics, and risk assessments
- Assist in developing and managing project budgets
- Monitor financials and report variances to project managers
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Maintain a risk register and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Collaborate on implementing risk management plans
- Organize and participate in project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
- Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible
- Process invoices, create purchase orders, verify insurance and bonds
- Prepare and send agreements with attachments
- Resolve outstanding issues with payments, project accounting, purchase orders, and other matters
- Any other ad-hoc assignments
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience project management analyst, or related fields. Previous experience in project management or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English. Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software, tools, and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (i.e. Power apps, Power BI)
- Excellent communication skills (writing and speaking)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
