- Respond promptly to product and service inquiries via phone or email, addressing availability, pricing, delivery, and payment options.
- Schedule appointments, assist in marketing, manage reports, handle sales invoices, and oversee stock levels for efficient clinic operations.
- Undertake additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Line Manager to support the responsible clinic(s).
- Complete all assigned training and pass exams within the set timeframe to become a qualified Hearing Care Officer.
- Assist clinical audiology/audiometrician in meeting sales targets by providing hearing tests, fittings, reviews, repairs, and consultations.
- Serve clients professionally in audiology services and support various company areas like marketing, customer service, and technical support as required.
- 1 year of work experience. Fresh graduate is also welcome.
- Good interpersonal relationship, good teamwork, and service spirit.
- Good command of English and Cantonese in speaking, listening, writing Proficient in computer operation skills, mainly office software.
- Ethics, confidence, managing ambiguity and being open to learning.
- Knowledge of bank receipts and payments, cash management, accounting and voucher check.
