And we are collaborating closely with our partners to drive the systemic change in the education to employment space.WE ARE NOW LOOKING FOR:Senior Project Officer / Project OfficerJOB OVERVIEWThe Senior Project Officer / Project Officer is a full-time role that will report directly to the Project Manager and is a part of the driving force to shape the project, executing and optimizing program delivery across the learner journey—from recruitment to classroom management to placement and alumni engagement. This role supports the Project Manager in ensuring operational excellence, stakeholder coordination, data tracking, and learner success. The key responsibilities are:WHAT YOU WILL DO:Overall Project Development & Coordination: Build and implement day-to-day operations and project delivery, including but not limited to handling enquiries, support interviews and analysis to introduce selected professions to target populations, gather alumni feedback for program development, venue booking, material preparation, project documentation, status reports, and other necessary tasks to ensure the goals and objectives are achieved.Stakeholder Engagement: Support to engage stakeholders (Funder, Corporate, SME, NGOs, Learner, Alumni); Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including regular updates, meetings, and report; Develop and maintain a database of stakeholder information, including contact details, preferences, and feedback, as well as logistical support for team members.Recruitment & Selection: Assist in outreach and recruitment efforts, including liaising with community organizations and alumni referrals; Organize info sessions, interview potential candidates, and conduct pre-program follow-ups; Provide ongoing support to learners during enrolment to ensure strong turnout and readiness.Event Management and Support: Organize and execute events, workshops, and seminars aligned with program goals; Coordinate participant registration, attendance, and communications before, during, and after events; Follow up with partners post-event to ensure commitments are met and feedback is collected for future improvements.We're looking for someone who demonstrates the following competencies:3+ years experience in NGO, education sector, or human resources in Hong Kong, with established networks in these areasDemonstrated success in project management, alumni relations, event planning, or community buildingTrack record of meeting deadlines and achieving objectives in a fast-paced environmentRelationship building with diverse stakeholders (funders, NGOs, industry associations, employers, learners and alumni)Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese)Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with data management capabilities being advantageousPassion for education to employment initiatives and building sustainable impact and communitiesEntrepreneurial mindset with adaptability and resilience in a startup environmentSolutions-oriented approach with commitment to excellence and teamworkSelf-awareness and openness to giving and receiving feedbackImmediate availability preferredTo apply, please send in your cover letter and resume to [email redacted, apply via Company website] .All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
