About Our ClientOur client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Family Tutor to work with a family in Hong Kong Island. The Private Teacher will be responsible for providing academic support for a family, as well as helping to create a positive learning environment within the home. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.Job Description-You will be plan, prepare and deliver lessons, measures student learning and promotes student growth.-You will assist daily family-affairs, homework, and daily extra- curriculum activities-You will ensure your students achieve learning outcomes by instructing students in a clear, concise and fun way, and regularly preparing lesson plans that are engaging the curriculum-You will evaluate students' progress and discuss the results with students and/or their parents.- Develop and implement personalized learning plans for each child according to their individual needs, strengths, and weaknesses.- Provide academic support in a variety of subjects- Work with parents to create a positive learning environment at home, including setting up a study area and establishing consistent routines.- Identify and address any learning difficulties or challenges that may arise, and provide additional support or resources as needed.- Monitor progress and provide ongoing feedback to parents and children.- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and update parents regularly.The Successful Applicant- University graduation or equivalent preferred- Proven work experience as a tutor or in a similar role and familiar in IGCSE- Bilingual in English and Cantonese required- Patient, energetic, and responsible individual- Strong passion in education, with a positive attitude and a growth mindset- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.What's on OfferThis company offers the successful candidate a promising career path with a dynamic working environment.
