Technical Director/ Solution Head

• Corporate Doctor (Technical and Management Advisory)
• Project/ Program Management (InsurTech)

• As a "Corporate Doctor" to identify the issue/ pain points of the APAC office of 40 (BA/ PM, Architect, Developer, UI/UX Designer), define and construct a systematic framework on the man-day calculation, performance metrics, coding framework, documentation, collaboration tools (e.g. Figma/ JIRA) etc. This inquire a 3 months to 1 year plan, with proposal to the CEO.
• Report and work closely with CEO, continuously improve, enhance and govern the frameworks.
• Drive Strategy and Planning in business and technical perspective for growing the corporate, the teams and product - SaaS platform featuring blockchain and AI for market expansion to APAC and Middle East.
• Drive IT/ Digital Projects/ Program for insurance clients

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Management at an international renowned university. Master is a plus
• Currently at Senior Management role of Solution Company/ Vendor (e.g. Technical Director, Solution Head), with track record in re-organization/ building teams, experienced in crafting framework, metrics and best practices
• Technical background (Capability in leading development teams and aligning the coding framework of the corporate, preferrable JavaScript)
• Strong in introducing and adopting new tools e.g. Figma/ JIRA to facilitate efficient internal communication, collaboration and alignment
• Strong in IT/ Digital Project/ Program Management in Agile, experience in InsurTech/ SaaS platform is a plus
• Knowledgeable with FinTech and AI solutions is a plus
• Energetic with strategic mindset, strong advisory skills, expert in developing proposals and make presentations to C-Level
• Excellent command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
