- Prepare periodic KYC review and perform AML controls to ensure due diligence and regulatory compliance
- Be responsible for name screening, document review, client account maintenance and ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Process requests and perform controls over clients' payments, corporate actions and discounts management
- Understand the processes; ensure adherence to regulations, guidelines, standards and UBS policies

We support the Hong Kong Wealth Management business and clients on Onboarding, KYC, Client Lifecycle and Transactional services in line with the regulatory requirements and UBS group policies. We aim at achieving operational stability and service excellence front-to-back across wealth management business. - 1-3 years of working experience
- Experience in Banking / Financial Institutions is a plus but not essential
- Client focused and motivated to work in partnership with front to back stakeholders to define practical solutions that meets the internal policies and regulatory requirements.
