Ensure high level of customers’ satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous services and establishing friendly rapport with residents/tenants
Liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided if required
Attend regular meetings and prepare management/financial reports
Monitor the performance of maintenance, security, cleaning teams
Answer enquiries, handle complaints, provide information/activities and resolve problems arising from residents/tenants
Prepare general daily reports and administrative duties

Requirements

Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines
Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant experience in property management
Proficient in Building Management Ordinance, DMC and/or related ordinances
Service oriented and self-motivated
Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word-processing etc
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Property Officer
