  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans aimed at penetrating and expanding market share in the HNW segments.
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to co-create premium services and experiences that cater to HNW clients.
  • Brand Positioning & Marketing Execution
  • Help implement the ultra-premium brand narrative and marketing strategies that emphasise personalisation and exclusivity for HNW clients.
  • Assist in executing high-impact marketing initiatives across elite channels, including private events and strategic partnerships.
  • Support the implementation of HNW clients' communications (including maintaining the dedicated website and marketing collaterals)
  • Customer Management and Experience Support
  • Collaborate with Operations and Distribution teams to enhance the premium servicing model.
  • Assist in the development of a Customer Management Framework to improve engagement and satisfaction among HNW clients.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or event management roles within HNW markets, insurance, financial institutions, or luxury brands.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, with excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to support client segmentation and marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with global HNW trends and client management best practices.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with a focus on customer experience.
  • Demonstrated capacity for teamwork and collaboration in a dynamic environment.
  • Eager to build a career within a prestigious, global organization.
  • Proactive and results-driven, capable of managing complex and sophisticated projects.
