Reporting to the head of legal of this major property developer, you will advise business units on property sales and tenancy matters including:

Handling first hand sales transactions and reviewing deed of mutual covenants
Reviewing property related documents including sale and purchase agreements and commercial leases
Researching and property law and regulation updates to management
Ad hoc in-house legal assistance

To qualify, you should have:

At least 8+ years' PQE with Hong Kong qualification gained with leading property practices in Hong Kong
In-house experience is preferred
Excellent communication and fluency in English and Chinese is required
