The Investor Relations (IR) Manager serves as the key point of contact between the company and the investment community. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to effectively communicate the company's financial performance, strategic direction, and value proposition to shareholders, analysts, and potential investors.Client DetailsOur client is a HK listed company and they are hiring an Investor Relation Managers are typically large, multi-location businesses with complex operations.DescriptionInvestor Communication:

Prepare and manage quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and annual reports.
Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conference calls.
Respond to investor inquiries and provide accurate, timely information.

Market Intelligence:

Monitor analyst reports, peer performance, and market sentiment.
Provide feedback to senior management on investor perceptions and market expectations.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all investor communications comply with HKEX listing rules and disclosure requirements.
Work closely with legal and compliance teams on regulatory filings and announcements.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and financial media.
Develop and maintain the company's investor relations website and digital content.

Profile

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance
Strong understanding of financial statements and capital markets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
Familiarity with HKEX regulations and disclosure practices.
