finance director (big4 + commercial candidates wanted)

• Oversee financial reporting for local and international operations.
• Manage daily accounting activities and month-end processes.
• Prepare and review management reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
• Improve financial operations for efficiency and budget alignment.
• Support treasury management and cash flow optimisation.
• Monitor capital structure and debt obligations.
• Participate in special projects as required.

• Degree holder with CPA or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 15 years of experience from Big-4 Audit firms and sizeable corporations.
• Good leadership skills and stakeholders management experience.
• Strong communications skills in both English and Chinese.
• Candidate with fewer years of experience may be considered for the Senior Manager title.
