- Develop a continuous prospect pipeline to achieve AUM targets and expand StashAway's customer base.
- Proactively assist clients to understand their needs and objectives; effectively communicate StashAway’s product value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Manage and deepen client relationships to retain and grow existing HNW clients and reinvigorate churned clients
- Provide understanding of the markets and SA products for the benefit of the client and to deepen loyalty with the brand.
- Deliver seminars on a variety of financial and market topics to nurture current and prospective client base.
- Have up-to-date knowledge of financial products for HNW, markets and be able to communicate on it to clients in both written and verbal form.
- Has client-facing experience in sales development with affluent/HNW clients within banking or wealth management
- Currently holding SFC Type 1 and 4 license
- Customer centric, results oriented and strong time management skills
- Stellar sales track record of exceeding revenue targets as well as a willingness to be hands-on and build long-term client relationships
- Authentic in their approach to client relationships based on strong knowledge of products and markets
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills; ability to deliver professional and persuasive presentations
- Be a problem solver
- Must be fluent in written and spoken Cantonese
