- Support preparation of monthly expense report and analyze expenses of responsible divisions- Support preparation of working files for analysis purpose- Support annual expense budget/ quarterly forecasting- Prepare testing and validation of internal controls/ risk controls- Support implementation of team's projects e.g., user acceptance testing (UAT) and preparation of guideline/ instruction- Support ad-hoc tasks as assignedQualifications- University graduate in Accounting/ Finance/ Computer Science/ Statistics, or related disciplines with 1 to 2 years (including part-time or intern) working experience- Self-motivated person with good analytical and problem-solving skills- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., task automation using macros (VBA), creating dynamic reports, managing large datasets with functions, building charts and graphs)- Knowledge in SAP and Anaplan will be a plus- Good communication skills with fluent English and Chinese- Fresh graduates will also be considered, less experience candidates will be considered as Assistant Analyst
