Reporting to the Design Manager, this position is to support Office Marketing team by working collaboratively in a creative team to devise original concepts; to deliver projects from brief to execution, tasks including but not limited to:

Translate marketing and promotion ideas into impressive campaigns across different types of media to captivate targeted audiences
Handle a fast-paced turnaround to facilitate marketing requirement, including creating and editing content, presentations, signages and coordinating with external vendors
Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop visual concepts and graphics for marketing materials such as advertisements, multimedia, website, app, and signages that align with brand identity
Manage the full design process—from design stage to final output and adjustments
Produce sketches, storyboards, layouts, models and prototypes based on creative visions and ideas
Work closely with the marketing team, support and deliver based on design requirements
Work within assigned budget and to final execution within deadlines
Coordinate with printers and production houses to ensure timely delivery and high production quality
Basic admin work including procurement and filing

REQUIREMENTS

Degree or high diploma in advertising, graphic design, fine art, multi-media or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in graphic design
Excellent sense of art direction, good aesthetic judgement and attention to detail
Good skills on layout presentation and artwork production
Passionate, creative, a positive team player with strong communication skill
High proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect etc.
Competency in Web & App design and video editing is preferred
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
