We are looking for Account Servicing, preferably with digital/ CRM/ IMC agency experience to join our growing team. We are looking for a passionate team player with can-do, proactive attitude and open-mindedness.Responsibilities

Perform accounts servicing role, understand client’s brief/ comment and ensure deliverables are in good quality and timely; strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction;

Day-to-day execute digital communication campaigns (including eDM/SMS/MMS/push notification) and other ATL marketing materials. Work closely with creative team and other internal teams in the production;

Support campaign setup in campaign management toolsets, setup tagging and conduct UAT;

Support ad hoc projects

Requirements

Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Communication or related discipline;

Fresh graduate is also welcomed.

1 – 4-year experience in CRM/ digital/ marketing role; candidate with agency background is preferable;

A quick learner who can thrive in a fast-paced environment;

Organized and attention to details

Strong verbal and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills;
