Manager (Application Project & Support)

Our client is a well known Global company in HK and they are looking for a IT Project Manager to cope with their business.Responsibilities:

Direct the rollout of software applications across Asian territories, ensuring effective and seamless integration in each region.
Collaborate with diverse teams (Business Operations, IT Technical, Sales) to turn business objectives into clear technical specifications.
Analyze and pinpoint areas for enhancing processes through automation and efficiency improvements.
Mentor and guide a team of Business Analysts, providing support and fostering their professional growth.
Serve as the main link between regional operations and development teams to ensure cohesive alignment with strategic priorities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
10 years' experience in IT project management or business analysis and 4 years in a leadership role is preferred.
Strong background in gathering requirements, creating documentation, conducting training, and improving processes.
Familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial but not mandatory for this position.
Proven project management skills, with the capability to lead teams in executing multiple projects simultaneously.
