  • To lead and oversee the operations of all programs while ensuring compliance with Association and funding body policies and procedures;
  • To prepare service statistics, progress reports, and financial reports for the project;
  • To drive and develop the professional expertise of the team, providing guidance, supervision, consultation, and support to team members;
  • To liaise and engage with community stakeholders and the funding body;
  • To develop protocols, design, and organize trainings and programs on mental wellness for secondary school social workers, teachers, youth with lived experience, and students;
  • To perform other assigned ad hoc tasks under the supervision of a supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Social Work, Counselling or other related disciplines;
  • At least 5 years of work experience with managerial or supervisory roles would be advantageous;
  • Possesses good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Proficient in PC skills and MS Office;
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Willing to share a personal lived experience with the public;
  • Detail-oriented, hardworking, and able to work independently and under pressure.
