- You have experience working in direct sales / B2B sales / business development
- You have good understanding and experience of multichannel retail
- Contribute to the department action plan with initiatives which will grow the business and support long term profitability and by executing the agreed plan together with team
- Proactively identify, build and maintain long-lasting relationships and seek sales opportunities in existing customer base
- Support Service Office IKEA for BUSINESS team in quotations, tendering, contracts, and execution of such orders
- Process orders and coordinate with different departments (if needed) to ensure reliable fulfilment of the orders
- Fulfill daily business tasks in line with routines, regulations & guidelines
- Constantly monitor direct sales performance, conversion and look for optimizations. Help record case details for future follow up
- Stay up to date and knowledgeable about home and business furnishing and trends in order to contribute to generate creative ideas that best meet client needs
- Coach and support other team members as a home furnishing expert
