Job Functions: Business Development, Strategic Planning, Management, MarketingResponsibilities:
  • Lead and drive strategic marketing initiatives targeting the young customer segment. Oversee buzz marketing, event activations, and social media engagement to enhance brand affinity, customer acquisition, and loyalty for the Wealth Management and Personal Banking business.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies tailored to Gen Z and millennial customers, aligning with business goals and customer insights.
  • Conceptualize and lead high-impact campaigns, partnerships, and experiential events that generate excitement and brand buzz across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Oversee content strategy, community management, and influencer collaborations across key social platforms (e.g., Instagram, WeChat, Xiaohongshu) to drive engagement and brand relevance.
  • Work closely with product, digital, analytics, and compliance teams to ensure cohesive and compliant campaign execution.
  • Monitor KPIs, campaign ROI, and customer feedback to optimize marketing effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within financial services or consumer brands.
  • Proven success in brand marketing, digital acquisition campaigns, and event management.
  • Strong understanding of Hong Kong’s social media landscape and culture.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
