About The Role:Our client is a distinguished high net worth family office based in Hong Kong Island, seeking a highly skilled and discreet Head Butler to oversee and manage the CEO's personal and household affairs. This role requires a blend of exceptional hospitality (Butler) expertise, leadership, and global travel readiness. Preferably candidate from 5 Star Hotels/ Luxury ResidencesKey Responsibilities:Manage the principal's personal and home affairs with utmost professionalism and confidentialityOversee daily household operations including coordination and management of 3 drivers and 5-6 housemaidsDevelop, implement, and maintain SOPs for household managementProvide training and development programs for household staff, particularly housemaidsPrepare and arrange meals in accordance with principal's culinary preferencesAccompany the principal on business travels, approximately 20-30% of the time, to key locations such as the US, Singapore, and CanadaEnsure highest service standards consistent with luxury and hospitality industry best practicesCandidate Requirements:Extensive hospitality background, ideally with experience as a butler in 5-star hotels or luxury residencesProven ability to develop and implement SOPs in household or hospitality settingsDemonstrated experience in training and managing domestic staff, including housemaidsSkilled in cuisine preparation and knowledgeable about diverse cooking preferencesStrong organizational, interpersonal, and management skillsDiscreet, professional, and adaptable to international travel schedules
