- Develop growth strategies for all portfolio and oversee the development of strategies
- Organize and maximize promotion opportunities amongst different department
- Monitoring promotion effectiveness and implementation at stores
- Promotion discount and price input
- Post promotion review
- Measure, monitor and lead team members accountable to goals. Build and develop high performing teams
- Coordinate with internal divisions, (marketing, operations, project team, etc) to execute the planned goals
- Investigate the complaints and propose remedial actions to prevent the possibility of any recurrence
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
- At least 8 years' merchandising experience, with at least 2 years of managing a professional retail / merchandising / category management team
- Proven track record of driving transformational performance in a retail business through the implementation of innovative strategies
- Working knowledge of modern merchandising tools and systems (promotions, assortment, pricing, optimization, etc.)
- Strong leadership, Coordination skills, Analytical, good team player, creative, customer focused, open to change, well planned and self-motivated
- Able to handle multiple tasks under a tight schedule and rapidly changing environment
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Good command of PC proficiency including Microsoft, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.
