About Our ClientOur client is one of the largest French corporate investment banks and they are now opening up a Static Data Analyst to join the capital market back office team to handle SSI and static data management, incoming documentation, system enhancement and UAT testing. They provide capital markets and corporate advisory services to a wide range of clients including large local companies, multinationals, and other financial institutions. The capital market back office team is responsible for client static data and settlement instruction creation, liaising with business lines and middle office teams for a smooth transaction integration within the back office systems.Job Description

Responsible for managing requests and incoming documentation relating to SSI and static data
Create and update SSI and static data in relevant system
Assist in day to day SSI and static data activities ensuring accuracy and completeness
Assist in common projects, global initiatives, system enhancement and UAT testing
Work closely with internal and external clients to ensure high quality and timely services
Participate in projects such as activity centralizations, process automations etc.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree with major in business administration, banking, finance or any other related discipline
2-3 years of working experience in static data management, SSI, capital market operations within an international investment corporate banking
Strong financial product knowledge in Credit, Rates, FXMM, Securities and Equities etc.
Highly motivate and responsible with a strong team player
Highly fluent in English communications skills both spoken and written
Able to work night shift
