Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation, review, and coordination of construction drawings, plans, and specifications.Monitor site activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project progress.Conduct site inspections and record keeping, including progress reports, quality checks, and safety audits.Support the team in resolving technical and site issues.Assist in preparing project documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, material submissions and permit application.Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities as required.Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.Attend site meetings and prepare minutes as required.Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.Requirement:Higher Certificate/Higher Diploma in Building Studies, Construction Management, or related discipline.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in building or construction projects.Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic AutoCAD.Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Able to work independently and as part of a team.We offer competitive remuneration and career development opportunities to the right talent.
