Contract System Analyst #4067 (2 years contract) (Airport)

• Involvement with various Project Management tasks such as liaise with internal and external business users of the Authority, assist in the preparation and project related documentation in the capacity of Team Lead
• Work with the supporting vendors to apply application fixes
• Perform testing involving installation, fallback and verification in the Authority's testing environment in SQCC
• Review and prepare production system change package, documentation and work with the supporting vendors to carry out the production deployment
• Provide technical support in collaboration with other IT colleagues of the Authority
• Provide daily user support including the first level or second level support call
• Provide problem investigation and resolution
• Support system operations, administration and maintenance

• Degree in IT related subject

• Any project management certificate preferable

• Over 6 years working experience on IT projects
• At least 1 year’ hands-on working experience on Document Management System implementation and support, especially Documentum from OpenText
• Working experience on Crystal Report Server and support preferable
• Working experience on Cognos environment, QlikView environment, Azure loT Hub environment preferable
• Experience in Aviation industry preferable
