IT Project Officer/ System Administrator / Network Engineer (up to 50K)

• Responsible for system administration, AD, SAN, Hyper-V, VM, VPN.
• Implementing system configurations with monitoring, , and backup solutions.
• Carry out daily administration and monitoring of routers, switches, VPN, Internet connectivity, and desktop senior support;
• Apply system monthly patches and perform regular maintenance and upgrades;
• Provide technical advice as required for procurement or other projects.

• Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or relevant.
• Minimum 1 years' experience in Windows Server administration and IT support;
• Self-motivated, pro-active and willing to learn;
• Solid experience of Windows Server platform, Active Directory, Hyper-V, VM, Networking, Firewall, and SAN is a plus;
• Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Unix/Linux platform would be advantage
• A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Design and set up network infrastructure.
• Manage vendor relationships and project tasks.
• Lead a team in completing network projects.
• Support network operations post-deployment.

• Degree in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience in network infrastructure.
• Certification of Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.

• Gather project requirements from client and project team to define work plan for efficient delivery of project.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects related to events, ensuring that timelines and budgets are adhered to

• As communications link between project team and customer regarding project status and progress.

• Liaise with IT vendors and service providers to ensure the availability and functionality of necessary equipment and services

• Organize and attend meeting to report progress.

• Prepare project correspondence such as implementation task list & project plan

• Resolve any project related issues.

• Standby support during event period

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Engineering or related disciplines,

• Self-motivated, willing to walk extra miles to meet challenging target.

• Customer-oriented, with strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

• Strong sense of ownership, innovation and adaptability to meet with Company’s business need

• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

• Good in Microsoft Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

• Good in both written and oral communication skills
