Department of Facilities Management職責Responsible for daily operation of facilities management function so as to ensure smooth operation of the campuses, including but not limited to organizing and delivering campus facilities services and providing support and assistance to officesArrange and supervise the work of Campus Assistant to ensure proper completion of tasks in a satisfactory standardSupport and coordinate with internal users in venue setup and supplies provision for special eventsMonitor the daily operations of outsourced service providers in cleaning, security, gardening, courier services, and establish continuous communication channels with on-site supervisors to ensure performanceArrange and execute facility improvement projects and operational services for building relocation, including procurement, transportation, installation of furniture and equipment, design and logistics planning after office seat allocationManage school drivers to perform transportation services for people and goods, and perform driver duties when necessaryDrive renovation in health and safety measures to ensure compliance with school資歷要求Higher Diploma or Associate Degree holder in Facilities Management / Property Management / Business Administration or equivalentA minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience in facilities managementProficient in MS Office applications (including Excel, MS Word and Power Point), knowledge in Chinese Word Processing (倉頡/速成) and English typingGood command of written English and ChineseAble to work independently with strong sense of responsibility and good organization skillsGood interpersonal and communication skills申請方法Interested parties please send your full resume and cover letter with your available date, present and expected salary and quote the Position and Job Reference No. on the email subject to .
