- Conduct safety audit and enforce safety measures in our service units to comply with the statutory requirements.
- Handle work related injury including preparation of injury reports, compensation, Form 2, and other related documentations.
- Conduct accident investigation and identify corrective and preventive action
- Work closely with HR and centers on Employees' Compensation cases handling.
- Identify training needs and conduct safety trainings
- Organize Safety promotion programs
- Prepare analytical reportsRequirements:
- Diploma or above qualification in OSH, Science, Engineering, with at least 3 years relevant experience
- Familiar Employees' Compensation Ordinance
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, and multi-tasking
- Team-player with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in written Chinese, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Word Processing (both in Chinese & English)
