- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives including but not limited to defining the brand's positioning, target market and brand identity
- Lead and oversee marketing campaigns that raise brand awareness and drive customer engagement (advertising, social media presence, public relations, events, branding activation etc)
- Monitor sales performance and work closely with sales team to achieve commercial goals. This involves analyzing sales data, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring effective retail strategies
- Manage the brand's image and ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints
- Full P&L responsibility, including managing brand's budget, allocating resources, monitoring financial performances and making strategic decisions to optimize profitability
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to CEO and board directors on setting performance objectives, coaching and mentoring and fostering positive and productive work culture
- Degree or above
- 15+ years of experience in retail management or brand management covering Hong Kong and SEA (Singapore is a must)
- Strong leadership abilities and demonstrated experience in managing teams and driving organizational success
- Ability to inspire and motivate employees
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Strong financial management skills and excellent communication skills
- Proficient in English is required with either Cantonese or Mandarin ability
- A strong track record of achieving results and meeting or exceeding business objectives
