- Lead LED lighting projects from initiation through to mass production, ensuring adherence to timelines, specifications, and quality standards.
- Manage customer requirements, product specifications, and development schedules effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and internal departments to coordinate project activities, feasibility studies, and development phases.
- Offer technical support to international sales offices, marketing teams, and liaise with customers for project updates and coordination.
- Address technical queries from customers, aid in defining specifications, and follow up on sample production and delivery.
- Deliver technical presentations to clients and stakeholders, highlighting the features and benefits of LED products and solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or a related technical field.
- Solid understanding of LED technology and lighting solutions would be a plus.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Availability to work at the specified location and travel as required by project needs.
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
