Digital is always the key focus of the bank in transforming the customer experience on many service touch points. The Bank places the focus on customer centric design on every digital solution to create seamless digital customer experience.We are currently seeking professional to join our Digital Business team in our Consumer Financial Service Division.Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversees digital business development of Mobile Banking platform and digital wealth under digital business user team.
  • Lead and manage payment and API related projects (FPS, local/cross-border payment).
  • Overall management of digital projects through the whole development cycle on driving the product vision, business case preparation, collaborate with relevant business units and stakeholders, user requirement formation, user journey design, internal approval preparation, end-to-end testing and execution management.
  • Lead digital channel projects on key strategic areas, but not limited to, digital acquisition, channel service/accessibility, digital payment and usage, digital products application, channel security and regional projects, payment, API, service/accessibility, digital products application and channel security.
  • Collaborate with Group Digital Business and Group Stakeholders to deliver regional projects
  • Work very closely with product owners in digitizing the product sale channels according to yearly budget plan.
  • Manage channel development budget and channel revenue generation to meet business and channel P&L.
  • Lead and plan testing cycles on digital projects.
  • Manage stakeholders’ expectations and cost management.
  • Manage the collaboration among different team of developers, vendors, partners and end users.
  • Ensure processes comply with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Enhance the UX and flow on the usage of respective digital channels.
  • Ensure the customer journey is seamless with customer centric design.
  • Compile market reports on research findings and recommendations.
  • Facilitate tribe level performance setting.
  • Monitor year round departmental budget, resources management, project prioritization.
  • People development and succession planning.
  • Contribute and drive the overall digital business strategy for Hong Kong, aligning with regional and group-level objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team across digital product, UX/UI, analytics, and delivery to execute the digital roadmap.
  • Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to ensure OCBC Hong Kong remains at the forefront of digital banking innovation.
Requirements
  • University graduate in business administration, finance, computer science, e-Commerce or related discipline.
  • At least 15 years of working experience in internet / mobile banking overall development and channel management in banking/finance industry
  • Good banking business domain knowledge, particularly in the above-mentioned areas.
  • ECF-Fintech certification holder an added advantage
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Analytics, TeamSite.
