What You'll Be Doing

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review project documentation including user stories, technical specs, and testing materials.
Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure solutions meet business and technical expectations.
Participate in quality reviews and provide actionable feedback to improve deliverables.
Support internal and external testing teams with QA consultation and guidance.
Analyze test outcomes and recommend improvements to maintain high-quality standards.
Maintain and enhance documentation templates and testing records.
Investigate and resolve bugs in collaboration with development and project teams.
Develop and maintain test automation solutions using tools like Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, and Python.
Execute automated test scripts and analyze results to identify defects and performance issues.
Continuously improve test automation frameworks and practices for faster delivery.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in IT with a strong focus on QA, testing, and stakeholder engagement.
Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and DevOps.
Hands-on experience with test management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Strong knowledge of automation testing tools and techniques.
Proficiency in Python is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
